Pudu Robotics Unveils New Factory, Celebrates Production of 80,000th Robot in Jiangsu, China

August 27, 2024 - Pudu Robotics, a global leader in the service robotics sector, proudly inaugurated its new factory in Jianhu, Jiangsu, located in the economically vibrant Yangtze River Delta of China. Alongside this milestone, the company also celebrated the production of its 80,000th robot, marking a significant achievement in its growth and ongoing technological advancement.



The newly constructed Jianhu factory, covering an area of over 40,000 square meters, and is equipped with advanced production facilities and intelligent management systems. By leveraging IoT technology, the factory enhances supplier coordination, streamlines Integrated Product Development (IPD) processes, and ensures precise quality tracking and efficient inventory management. These advancements collectively boost production efficiency, lower operational costs, and ensure consistent product quality.

Operating in over 60 countries and regions, Pudu Robotics is well-positioned to leverage this new facility to strengthen its global supply chain. With an expected annual production capacity of up to 100,000 units, the factory is set to meet the rising global demand for service robots more effectively.

During the event, Pudu Robotics also celebrated another milestone by rolling out its 80,000th robot, the PUDU CC1. As the company’s first commercial cleaning robot, the PUDU CC1 is designed to revolutionize the cleaning industry with capabilities that include sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and mopping. It also features fully automated water filling and sewage disposal, autonomous navigation through gates, and multi-floor operations via elevators.
