Thank you for your continued interest in and trust in Pudu Robotics (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Our Company”).
Recently, there have been many products and stores on major e-commerce platforms that are not authorized by our company and have the same or similar text as “Pudu Robotics ”. Some stores even label keywords such as “普渡机器人”, “欢乐送机器人”, “葫芦餐厅机器人”, “贝拉机器人”, “葫芦”, “贝拉”, “欢乐送”, “闪电匣”, “普渡出尘”, “PuduBot”, “BellaBot”, “KettyBot”, “HolaBot”, “FlashBot”, “PUDU CC1”, “PUDU T300”, “PUDU SH1”, “PUDU MT1” and other keywords, and the unauthorized use of the same product model, product parameters, and product images as our products, to “sell” or advertise at ultra-low or ultra-high prices. Some online stores have low listed prices but are out of stock when an order is placed, which is actually false propaganda and an unfair competitive practice that disrupts the market.
In response to the above situation, our company hereby kindly reminds you:
1. Authorized Sales Channels: Pudu Robotics adopts the sales model of authorized distributors/retailers. All distributors/retailers hold the “Distributor Authorization Letter” or “Retailer Authorization Letter” issued by Pudu Robotics. Purchases from distributors/retailers without authorization letters or those that exceed the scope of authorization, or from any e-commerce platform, may very likely result in the purchase of counterfeit or shoddy products. Pudu Robotics cannot guarantee the normal use of the products, nor provide any after-sales service, maintenance, technical support or other services;
2. Official After-Sales Service: Pudu Robotics has never authorized any entity or individual to open a branded store on an e-commerce platform and sell products. Any text descriptions related to the sale of our products disclosed on e-commerce platforms are false propaganda or informal sales. Pudu Robotics does not provide any warranty for products purchased from any unofficial channels such as e-commerce platforms on the Internet, nor does it provide any after-sales service, maintenance, technical support or other services;
3. Regional Product Management: Products may vary in version depending on the objective conditions of different authorized sales regions, and products purchased from unauthorized sales channels are likely to be sold across regions, and there is a possibility that they cannot be used normally.

4. The irregular sales practices of unscrupulous businesses have seriously infringed upon our legitimate rights and interests, violated the terms of the agreement, and are suspected of violating relevant laws and regulations such as trademark laws, anti-unfair competition laws, and criminal laws in applicable regions. Our company has commissioned lawyers to investigate and collect evidence and complete the fixing of relevant evidence. We hereby notify the relevant entities and individuals immediately cease the relevant infringement activities, otherwise our company will safeguard our rights according to law and pursue the civil and criminal legal responsibilities of the relevant entities and individuals.
