1. What kind of robot do we have？
Our products include Delivery robots, disinfection robots, cleaning robots , etc.
2. What are the robot's main features?
Robots can deliver goods, greet, escort/guide, advertise, auto-clean, etc.
3. What are the specifications of the robots?'
Specifications vary from robot to robot, please check the Products for more information.'
4. What is each robot's payload capacity?
The payload capacity varies from robot to robot: 30kg for PuduBot and KettyBot; 40kg for BellaBot and 60kg for PUDU HolaBot. Please check the Products for more information.
5. Are the robots waterproof?
Robots cannot be soaked in water, but light splashing is allowed.
6. Apart from restaurants, in what other scenarios can we use the robots?
Our robots are also widely used in shopping malls, hospitals, schools, office buildings, government halls, subway stations, waiting rooms, factories, etc.

8. Can Pudu Robots take the lift?
Our building delivery robot FlashBot and cleaning robot CC1 can take the lift.
9. Can the robots run stably? Does it go bumpily?
Robots can run relatively stably. They use an electric vehicle suspension system to enhance stability and deal with more unexpected scenarios.
10. Can the robots climb a slope?
The slope climbing capability varies from robot to robot. For example, Flashbot supports slopes up to 15 degrees. For details, see the product manual.
